Air Cartridge Heater

Air cartridge heater is an element made of magnesium oxide powder or tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire (NiCr2080), high temperature lead, and seamless stainless steel sheath (304, 321, 316, 800, 840). Usually it is tubular, a metal block is inserted through a series of drilled holes for applications.

Features of Air Cartridge Heater:

1. High temperature resistance, uniform heat conduction and good insulation performance.

2. It has good resistance to chloride corrosion and heat conduction, high temperature oxidation resistance.

3. Long service life, fast heating, safety and guarantee.

4. Tube diameter, power and voltage can be manufactured according to customer requirements.

Advantages:

1. Small diameter, like 3-25MM can be achieved.

2. The length is not limited, can reach 20-2000MM.

3. High power can be achieved (surface area 20 watts/c㎡).

The length of the terminal or leading wire can be determined according to the working environment (normal length: 200mm), and whether the thread needs to be installed, the size of the thread, and so on.

Under normal circumstances, do not put it in the liquid ,otherwise it will be easily broken.
