Cartridge Immersion Heater
Tubular/ Electric Heating Element Cartridge Heater is a piece of equipment made of MgO powder or MgO tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire(NiCr20/80). It is used for plastic injection moulds, die, platens and so on. A cartridge heater is a type of heating element that is commonly used in industrial...
Description
Cartridge immersion heater have a cylinder-shaped stainless steel tube that resists corrosion well. the ceramic core that is wrapped around the inside heating wire. The number of coils is determined by the power. Also, make sure the heat is evenly distributed to keep the heater working for a long time and keep the heater wire from oxidizing even at high temperatures.
A cartridge immersion heater is required to heat the solid, liquid, or gas if the heat source-the cartridge-is close to the heat sink-any solid, liquid, or gas. Heat is transferred quickly by conduction. They are also frequently utilized in the manufacturing of rubber and plastic parts in the nuclear, electronics, medical equipment, packing, and chemical industries. We also design and manufacture cartridge heaters to meet your specific needs, in addition to our extensive standard inventory.
