Tubular/ Electric Heating Element Cartridge Heater is a piece of equipment made of MgO powder or MgO tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire(NiCr20/80). It is used for plastic injection moulds, die, platens and so on.

A cartridge heater is a type of heating element that is commonly used in industrial applications for heating liquids, gases, and solid materials. It consists of a cylindrical stainless steel sheath or tube, which houses an electric resistance heating element made of nickel-chromium wire. The heating element is often coiled around a ceramic or mica core, which is then inserted into the sheath and surrounded by insulation material to prevent heat loss.
