High temperature resistance wire is twisted around a fiberglass core for extra stability and flexibility while yet allowing for expansion and contraction during heat up and cool down in the High quality Silicone Rubber heater . To maximize heat transfer and maintain a consistent temperature, the element is arranged in a pattern that was computer developed. The element is spread out and then vulcanized between two silicone rubber sheets until it becomes one piece. For additional strength and tear resistance, the fiberglass layer is applied to the silicone rubber sheets. The power leads and cable sets are connected to the heater winding using the same vulcanization procedure. A thermocouple wire may be included into the  High quality Silicone Rubber heater 's design to enable connection to a temperature control system. It's possible to personalize any size and form.
