Description
Hot Runner System Thermocouple is a K-type thermocouple. Typically, display devices, recording devices, and electronic regulators employ the K-type thermocouple. K-type thermocouples are capable of measuring the surface temperatures of liquids, gases, and solids in a variety of manufacturing ranges between 0°C to 1300°C. K-type thermocouple wire typically ranges in diameter from 1.2mm to 4.0mm. Ni:Cr:90:10:97:3:97:3:Ni:Si:97:3:-200°C to 1300°C are the working temperatures for the positive electrode (KP) and Ni:Si:97:3:97:3 for the negative electrode (KN). The K-type thermocouple offers the benefits of great oxidation resistance, low cost, high sensitivity, big thermoelectromotive force, good uniformity, and good stability. It is often utilized by users and may be used in oxidizing inert atmospheres.
Hot Runner System Thermocouple Feture:
1. Simple assembly, good needle probe flexibility, suitable for various assembly environments, easy to replace. High mechanical strength and good pressure resistance.
2. Spring-loaded temperature sensor with good shock resistance.
3. High measurement accuracy, Fast thermal response time and long lasting,Large measuring range: 0 ~ 450 ℃.
4. The lead wire uses high-temperature resistant high-quality wire to ensure that there will be no short circuit due to wire damage during use
