About the Usage of Titanium Teflon

1、 Characteristics of PCB square titanium Teflon basket and round titanium basket
1. Can effectively control the ratio of anode to cathode.
2. The anode has good solubility and produces less anode mud.
3. The loading or replenishment of anode materials is convenient.
4. The use of anode materials is complete, saving energy consumption.
5. Characteristics of titanium clad copper: It not only ensures the original conductivity of the copper material, but also uses titanium coating to protect the copper body from corrosion, and greatly reduces the pollution of electroplating and electroplating solution.
2、 Usage of Titanium Teflon
1. The conductivity of titanium Teflon is poor. Generally, the electric current of the hook outside the water is not greater than 0.26A2. Otherwise, the hook body heats up, leading to an increase in the temperature of the electroplating solution, an increase in cooling capacity, a waste of electrical energy, and even burning the plastic tank body due to heating. When it is found that the titanium basket hook is significantly hot, the number of titanium baskets or the cross-sectional size of the titanium basket hook can be increased to improve the conductivity of the titanium basket.
2. Titanium blue hooks and electrodes generally do not use flat or circular contact, which can easily cause poor contact and cause spot corrosion of the electrodes.
3. The titanium basket mouth should be slightly higher than the liquid level to prevent the outflow of anode slag.
4. The lower end of the titanium basket should be 100-150mm higher than the part to avoid excessive concentration of current in the lower part and causing burning.
5. The titanium basket should be in close contact with the anode, otherwise the anode potential on the titanium basket will sharply increase, causing oxygen and chlorine evolution reactions on the surface of the titanium blue, causing damage to the titanium blue and oxidation of the additive.
To prevent burrs from forming on the coating, an anode bag should be wrapped around the titanium basket, as the bag is usually used for a long time without removal. Therefore, it is recommended to use a "double layer bag" method.
7. The anode bag should be tightly wrapped around the titanium basket mouth, and a few centimeters of clearance should be left at the bottom of the bag to store potential anode sludge.
