Insulated Ceramic Mica Band Heater for Extruder is used in plastic processing industry for keeping the nozzles of injection molding machines hot.

Nozzle heaters are manufactured from high quality mica sheet or ceramic, and have Nickel Chrome resistance. Nozzle heaters are covered by metal sheathing & can be rolled to the required shape.

Band heaters operate efficiently when the sheath temperatures are kept below 280 degree centigrade. If this temperature is maintained, the life of the band heaters gets long. 

Insulated Ceramic Mica Band Heater for Extruder is efficient and economical solutions to the heating requirements of many applications.
