According to the working environment of the electric heating tube, it is generally divided into dry burning and heating liquid.

1. Dry burning;

During dry burning, if there is a fan circulating, the power of our electric heating pipe is generally set as: the ratio of the total length of the heating area of the electric heating pipe (unit: meters) to the power of the electric heating pipe is 1:1.5, that is, one meter The length of the electric heating pipe, in the case of dry burning and fan circulation, the power is suitable to 1500W; when dry burning, if there is no fan circulation, the power of our electric heating pipe is generally set as: single-head electric heating pipe heating area of the electric heating pipe The ratio of the total length (unit: meters) to the power of the electric heating pipe is 1:1, that is, the electric heating pipe with a length of one meter, in the case of dry burning and no fan circulation, the power is suitable to reach 1000W.

2. If the liquid is heated;

When heating water or corrosive liquids, the power of the electric heating tube is set as follows: under normal circumstances, the ratio of the total length of the heating area of the electric heating tube (unit: m) to the power of the electric heating tube is 1:2, that is, the ratio of the length of one meter is 1:2. The power of the electric heating tube is suitable for 2000W. Of course, in the case of boiling water, it can be up to 4000W, but the lower the power per meter, the longer the life. When heating oil, the power of the electric heating tube is set to: the heating area of the electric heating tube The relationship between the total length (unit: meters) and the power of the electric heating tube is 1:2.5, that is, the electric heating tube with a length of one meter has a power of 2500W. For normal heating of the heat transfer oil, we generally set the ratio to 1. :1 or 1:1.5 to reduce the rate of carbon formation and life.
