Analysis of Temperature in PCB Oven
Leave a message
The temperature in the oven is generated by the work done by the resistance wire R. To maintain a constant temperature in the oven, it is necessary to increase the required temperature to the set value, and the resistance wire stops working; When the temperature drops slightly, the resistance wire can continue to work.
In short, the constant temperature of the oven within the set range is maintained by actively turning on and off the input power supply. The switching on and off of the power supply is completed by closing and releasing the relay contacts. The action of the relay is controlled by the gate of the electronic tube. Therefore, the normal operation of the electronic tube will directly affect the closing and release of the relay contacts to a certain extent.
Perhaps speaking of ovens, many people feel familiar, as many families have miniature ovens for household use. However, it should be noted that the ovens mentioned here are mainly industrial ovens that are widely used in industry.
The industrial oven has the following functions: a microcomputer multi-function controller, which can set an extension timer, heating rate, heating power, printing interval, etc., with an RS232 interface, which can be connected to a printer to output reports, an advanced preheating furnace cavity design, an adjustable temperature overheat protection device, a microcomputer temperature controller, and a digital timer. Relevant data of the instrument: temperature accuracy: ≤± 1 ℃; Temperature uniformity: ± 2.5% ℃; Temperature range: 5 ℃ - 500 ℃ above room temperature; The instrument adopts a spiral air supply system with forced air circulation.
