Medium Wave Quartz Infrared Heater

 Medium wave quartz infrared heaters are quartz infrared heaters with the wave between 1.50～6.0μm. The heaters with medium waves are used for drying applications, painting curing, plastic, and packing which required heating. The diameter quartz tube is customized like 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, etc. Voltage 110V, 220V, 380V are in option. The wattages can be low and high as required. Straight single head type, twin-tube quartz heater, round shape.  

Our medium wave quartz infrared heaters mainly used for industrial heating or drying, such as circuit board docking, all kinds of baking paint, film, heating, etc. It is clean, hygienic, and temperature-controllable during use. It can be dried and heated under normal pressure, and it can also work in a vacuum. It can reach 50% of the rated power in 0.8 seconds after power-on, 80% of the rated power in about 1 second, and the rated power in about 2 seconds.
