Analyzing the application advantages of plate heat exchangers in refrigeration technology
Since the application of plate heat exchangers in refrigeration devices, their application efficiency and development prospects have attracted considerable attention from industry professionals. In recent years, with the continuous maturity of industry technology, the application advantages of plate heat exchangers in refrigeration technology have also become increasingly apparent. Below, Xire will take a look at the specific application situation of plate heat exchangers with everyone.
Compared with traditional heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers for refrigeration have significant development advantages. Since its application in refrigeration equipment in the 1970s, it has received increasing attention, especially in many developed countries such as the United States, Japan, Australia, etc., which attach great importance to the research and application of plate heat exchangers for refrigeration. Japan began researching plate heat exchangers for refrigeration in the 1980s and used them in refrigeration equipment, achieving good economic benefits. After entering the 1990s, plate heat exchangers for refrigeration were further developed, and a plate heat exchanger that can be applied to ammonia refrigeration systems was successfully developed. The successful development of plate heat exchangers for ammonia not only expands the application range of plate heat exchangers in refrigeration technology, but also has important significance for environmental protection, and will also promote further development of refrigeration technology.
In China, the application of plate heat exchangers for refrigeration is still in its early stages. Currently, many refrigeration manufacturers have adopted plate heat exchangers for refrigeration in their products, and their products are widely favored by users. Experts believe that with the increasing understanding and recognition of plate heat exchangers for refrigeration in the consumer market, plate heat exchangers will be increasingly widely used in refrigeration devices due to their efficient heat transfer, compact structure, energy-saving and environmental protection functions.
Research on the issue of excessive resistance by cooler manufacturers
The problem of excessive resistance in the use of coolers is a concern that many customers are seeking advice from Yuanwang. As a professional manufacturer, Shanghai Xire has conducted a lot of research on this issue and four common methods have been used to solve the impact of resistance on the effectiveness of cooler use.
1. Using a hot mixing plate: The geometric structure of the corrugated plates on both sides of the hot mixing plate is the same. The plates are divided into hard plates (H) and soft plates (L) according to the angle of the herringbone ripple, with an angle (usually around 120) greater than 90;
2. Adopting an asymmetric cooler: the cooler is composed of plates with the same corrugated geometric structure on both sides of the plate, forming a cooler with equal cross-sectional area of cold and hot flow channels;
3. Adopting multi process combination: When the flow rate of cold and hot media is high, a multi process combination arrangement can be adopted. On the side with low flow rate, more processes can be used to increase the flow rate and obtain a higher heat transfer coefficient;
4. Cooler bypass pipe: When the flow rate of cold and hot media is relatively high, a bypass pipe can be installed between the inlet and outlet on the high flow side to reduce the flow rate entering the cooler and reduce resistance.
