Application and advantages of Type B thermocouple

Type B thermocouples consist of type B thermocouple electrodes and protection tubes. The manufacture of type B thermocouple electrodes requires powder metallurgy and then processing. The protection tube can ensure that the electrode is not damaged during use and protect the electrode from the influence of the external environment.

Type B thermocouples are suitable for many high-temperature measurement fields such as metal smelting, molten metal processing, and temperature measurement in high-temperature oxidizing atmospheres. In these fields, type B thermocouples can provide high-precision and stable temperature measurement values.

Type B thermocouples have the following advantages:
