Application principle and product characteristics description of thermocouple assembly

Assemble thermocouple temperature sensors and display instruments to measure the temperature of liquid, gas media, and solid surfaces within the range of -200-600 ℃. They are widely used in industrial sectors and technological fields such as petroleum, chemical, mechanical, metallurgical, power, textile, food, atomic energy, aerospace, etc. Prefabricated thermocouples typically consist of temperature sensing elements, mounting fixtures, and junction boxes, among other main components.

It measures temperature by utilizing the characteristic that the electric couple of a substance also changes with temperature changes. The heated part (temperature sensing element) of a thermocouple is uniformly wound around a skeleton made of insulating material with thin metal wires. When there is a temperature gradient in the measured medium, the measured temperature is the average temperature in the dielectric layer within the range of the temperature sensing element

Characteristics of assembling thermocouples:

Unified product design, universal interface size, and good interchangeability;

Adopting an assembled structure, with good disassembly of low components and easy maintenance;

Low cost of replacing vulnerable parts;

Complete specifications, stable and reliable performance.01
