Attention should be paid to the following points when the electric heating tube is in service with a single-head tube to prevent leakage

1. During the storage and service of the single-head tube, attention should be paid to the waterproofing of the terminal to avoid problems such as leakage and short circuit caused by water entering the inside of the electric heating tube.

2. When the single-head tube is a solid object under heating at room temperature, such as tar, paraffin, etc., the voltage should be reduced at the beginning of the heating, and the voltage should be increased to the rated voltage when the solid is ablated.

3. Separate the single-head tube for heating liquid and heating air to avoid dry burning of boiling water. To heat water to dry, place the heating part purely in the water to avoid the heating tube from overheating and bursting and causing electric leakage.
