Working principle of protective film coater: The working principle of automatic coater used for screen printing and plate making is similar, but its functions vary according to different models and different manufacturers. The screen coater is equipped with a device that can clamp the screen frame on the vertical frame. The front and rear of the screen area are the coating mechanism of the degree, which is composed of the coating tank and the machine parts or pneumatic parts that control the angle and pressure of the coating tank.
The two ends of the protective film coating mechanism are installed on the vertical support arm of the coating machine. Among the models planned for large-format screen frame, side mounting is more common, because the screen frame is large and heavy, and side mounting can make the lifting and moving amount small. When the automatic screen coater and other automatic screen disposal equipment (such as cleaning equipment, regeneration equipment, drying device and developer) are running online, it is more convenient to install the plate from the side.
