7. The disadvantage is that as the temperature increases, it exhibits plasticity and low strength at high temperatures.
2、 Characteristics of nickel chromium electric furnace wire for box type resistance furnace:
1. High strength at high temperatures;
2. After long-term use and further cooling, the material will not become brittle;
3. The radiation rate of fully oxidized nickel alloy is higher than that of iron chromium aluminum alloy;
4. Non magnetic;
5. Besides sulfur atmosphere, it has good corrosion resistance.
3、 Disadvantages of alloy furnace wires for box type electric furnaces:
Alloy electric furnace wire is the most widely used and widely used heating material. Its disadvantage is that it is in a very high temperature (hot state) during operation, and is prone to oxidation reaction and burning in the air; From the perspective of electric heating energy conversion, energy loss is caused by the generation of some visible light; Electric furnace wires are often used in a spiral state, which can produce an inductive reactance effect when energized.
