01. The water purifier does not produce water
1. Check whether the water and power supply are normal.
2. Check whether the high-pressure pump operates and whether there is wastewater. If there is wastewater, there is no problem with the water inlet system and drainage system. The check valve is stuck and there is no pure water flowing out of the faucet; Whether the filter element is scrapped in advance, or has reached its service life, and the water flow is not smooth or insufficient; Check whether there is any blockage in other places.
3. If there is no wastewater, check whether the intake solenoid valve cannot be opened or the water cannot pass through; Also check whether the filter element is blocked
Plug, until the replacement deadline.
4. The pump does not rotate and there is no water. Check whether the filter element is blocked and whether the motor is damaged.
5. The circuit is abnormal. Check the circuit.
02. The water storage tank is full but does not shut down
Check the high-pressure switch to see if the pressure is too high. If it is too high, adjust it to 2.8-3Mpa. (Select a water pressure gauge, with 1/3 to 2/3 of the range being the most accurate, and multiply the measured range by 20.6Mpa.). In addition, the internal corner bolt of the high-voltage switch is adjustable, and a 2mm Allen wrench. The greater the clockwise adjustment pressure, the smaller the opposite. The pressure should not be too high. If the pressure is too high, the inlet pressure will also increase accordingly, which will increase the wastewater, indirectly reflecting the pressure of the high-pressure pump, which cannot reach 0.3 Mpa. The pressure of the high-pressure pump is insufficient, and should normally be between 0.5 and 0.8 Mpa.
03. Wastewater does not stop after shutdown
This may be caused by the untight closing or reverse installation of the intake solenoid valve, or by the return of water from the check valve causing the wastewater to stop. If the check valve causes the wastewater to stop, you can close the valve of the water storage tank and the wastewater flow will stop.
