Description
Superbheater injection mold heaters have a consistent heating pattern and a metal alloy with a fair amount of thermal conductivity, which helps to maintain a constant temperature on the hot surface and eliminate hot and cold spots in the machinery. It benefits from a long lifespan, strong mechanical performance, high heat preservation performance, corrosion resistance, and magnetic field resistance. In order to save power, the inner heat surface will be sintered infrared and the outside heat surface will have improved insulation.
Electric band heater features and use
Features of the product include straightforward processing, dependable performance, ease of use, quick temperature increase, excellent thermal efficiency, low power consumption, extended product life, freedom from model and specification size restrictions, and other benefits.
Use of the product is widespread in the petrochemical, electrical, printing, packaging, and machinery for plastics sectors.
Electric band heater with 0.3 to 0.5 mm stainless steel plate as the shell, high insulation, high temperature resistant mica plate in the middle, and uniformly coiled nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as the heating body, molded into different forms needed by the molding machine. It may be connected to the user's specifications, with voltage options of 110V, 180V, 220V, and 380V and a 3.5 W power load per square inch. The inside heat sink will be sintered infrared to conserve power, and the outer heat sink will strengthen the heat insulation device. Electric mica extruder heater parameters include plate type and circular type.
