Common materials for wear-resistant thermocouples
Leave a message
The material of wear-resistant thermocouples is related to the material of the thermocouple maintenance tube. Due to the temperature difference, high temperature control point, large vibration, high blower speed, and severe wear, temperature measurement is very difficult and the application life is very long. Some wear-resistant thermocouples only wear out, bend, and break in 10-90 days, causing significant loss and unnecessary trouble for users. Therefore, the editor introduces rare wear-resistant thermocouple materials above, hoping to assist users in better applying wear-resistant thermocouples:
1. Metal ceramic wear-resistant: Adopting recrystallized silicon carbide metal ceramic maintenance tube, with a low temperature of up to 1300 ℃, equipped with K-index or S-index armored core, specifically used for temperature measurement in low-temperature and strong wear-resistant working conditions such as cement kiln tail and circulating sulfurization bed.
Material identity: Sic
Application temperature: 0~1300 ℃
2. Common wear-resistant hot blast stove: Adopting a new type of silicon carbide metal ceramic maintenance tube, the low temperature can reach 1300 ℃, and the inner core is an S-division or B-division low-temperature armored core, which is specifically used for temperature measurement in hot blast stove places.
Material identity: SiC
Application temperature: 0~1300 ℃
3. Low temperature alloy wear-resistant: Special heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy materials are used as temperature measuring external maintenance tubes and wear-resistant heads, with armored cores inside. It can have high corrosion resistance to washing fly ash particles and excellent maintenance effect on the inner core under low temperature conditions. The use of flange or threaded connections can temporarily stop temperature measurement between 0~1200 ℃, making it a highly desirable temperature sensor for low-temperature and wear-resistant applications in the metallurgical industry.
Material: K1320 heat-resistant and wear-resistant alloy
Temperature: 0~1200 ℃
4. Iron aluminum porcelain maintenance tube: Iron based materials containing aluminum and ingeniously incorporating A12O3 powder produce iron aluminum porcelain (TLC) with special gold content. The iron aluminum porcelain alloy is made into a thermocouple (resistor) maintenance tube, which becomes the most critical whole machine for iron aluminum porcelain thermocouples (resistors) - the iron aluminum porcelain maintenance tube. Produce different series of iron aluminum ceramic maintenance pipes based on task temperature, wear condition, medium type, pressure equation, etc
