1, The heating speed of electromagnetic induction heating bearings is slow

The most common issue is that the cross-sectional area of the heater yoke (also known as the heating rod) differs significantly from the cross-sectional area of the inner hole of the heating bearing. Due to the principle of electromagnetic induction, the larger the magnetic flux passing through the bearing, the faster the heating. So, the heating rate of the bearing is closely related to the cross-sectional area of the heating yoke. If you want the bearing to heat up quickly, you should choose a yoke with a cross-sectional area similar to that of the inner ring of the bearing as much as possible.

2, Electromagnetic induction bearing heater does not heat up

There are many reasons why an electromagnetic induction bearing heater cannot heat up, and the first thing to consider is the equipment power supply. If the power supply of the device is normal, the device is turned on normally, and the operation panel is normal, it is necessary to check the connection circuit of the entire heater device. If there is no problem with the circuit, then it is necessary to consider whether the button is broken. Or the temperature sensor of the equipment accessory is broken.
