Common problems of liquid heater

1. Poor pipeline circulation
Solution: Turn on the air release switch of the heater and pipeline to release the gas in the pipeline, which can generally solve the problem of poor circulation of the pipeline. (Note that there must not be any large bends in the pipeline, otherwise the pipeline cannot cycle.)
2. When starting to use, it was found that the heater could not work normally
Solution: Please make sure that the water valve of the heater is open, and the heater should rotate flexibly. When the heater is installed for the first time, the heater may not work normally at one time because there is no oil in the heater oil pipe, and it can work normally after several operations. Generally, the ignition plug and fuel volatilization net do not need to be cleaned, but if the heater drips oil and smokes and cannot burn, please remove the glow plug and volatilization net and reinstall them in place before starting the heater.
3. If the water circulation of the heater is not smooth during use, the temperature of the heater body will be too high. At this time, the manual reset thermal fuse on the heater will be automatically disconnected, and the oil supply will be stopped to gradually cool the body.
Solution: If this happens, please check whether the heater water pipe is smooth and whether the water pipe is compressed. Then press the thermal safety reset button in the center of the rubber cap to restart.
4. The indicator light of the heater switch on does not light up
Solution: check whether the main power supply is turned on, whether the heater fuse is blown, whether the harness contact is good and firm, and whether the control box is damaged.
5. If the heater cannot burn or the combustion is unstable, the exhaust port does not drip oil or smoke.
Solution: check whether the oil pump and pipeline are blocked, loose and leaking.
