What should I pay attention to when operating the air duct heater?

The air duct heater is mainly used for air heating in the air duct. The specifications are divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. In structure, steel plate is used to support the electric heating pipe to reduce the vibration of the electric heating pipe when the fan stops. The junction box is equipped with an over-temperature control device. The low temperature type can be directly installed on the air duct, while the medium temperature type and the low temperature type have 100mm thick thermal insulation material between the outer wall of the pipe and the heater junction box due to the difference in structure, which not only reduces the external heat dissipation of the pipe, but also reduces the temperature in the junction chamber.
matters needing attention:
1. When wiring, please ground the electric heater and explosion-proof junction box reliably;
2. During use, if there is no medium flowing in the electric heater, the electric heater shall not be put into operation to prevent burning the electric heater;
3. When the electric heater is put into operation for the first time, professional technicians shall be present;
4. When the electric heater is out of service for a long time, please disconnect all circuit breakers;
5. If the parameters of the temperature control table need to be changed, it must be approved by the production department and then operated by professional technicians. Without the permission of the dispatcher, it is not allowed to change the process parameters without authorization;
6. After the electric heater stops working, it must be cooled for 3-5 minutes to avoid excessive residual temperature.
