1. The drying oven needs to be installed in a dry and stable room without using other fixed devices. The ambient temperature is generally not greater than 400C, and the relative humidity of the air is not greater than 85%.
2. The working chamber of the electric blast drying oven is sprayed with high-temperature resistant silver powder paint as a anti-corrosion paint layer, and it is not allowed to be damaged to prevent rusting of the box.
3. If there is no overtemperature protection device for the electrothermal blast drying box, a dedicated person should monitor the temperature in the box during operation. Once the temperature fails, power off immediately for inspection to avoid accidents.

Solution to high temperature surge in electric blast drying oven

Two-stage temperature rise method; Set the temperature of the instrument at a temperature difference of 5-10 ℃ from the desired temperature (the specific difference can be determined by the user based on the ambient temperature and the amount of the sample at that time), and then reset the temperature of the instrument to the desired drying temperature after stabilization.
