Composition structure of air duct electric heater
The air duct electric heater consists of two parts: the main body and the control system. The heating element uses stainless steel pipes as protective sleeves, high-temperature resistance alloy wires, crystalline magnesium oxide powder, and is formed through compression technology. The control part adopts advanced digital circuits, integrated circuit triggers, high backpressure controllable silicon, and other components to form an adjustable temperature measurement and constant temperature system, ensuring the normal operation of the electric heater. The air duct electric heater is mainly used for heating air in the air duct, with specifications divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature. The common structural feature is the use of steel plates to support the electric heating tube to reduce its vibration, and the junction box is equipped with an over temperature control device. In addition to being equipped with over temperature protection in terms of control, a connecting device is also installed between the fan and the air duct electric heater to ensure that the electric heater starts after the fan starts. A differential pressure device is added before and after the heater to prevent fan failure. The gas pressure heated by the air duct electric heater should generally not exceed 0.3Kg/cm2. If the above pressure needs to be exceeded, a circulating electric heater should be selected; The gas heating temperature of the low-temperature heater shall not exceed 160 ℃; Medium temperature type does not exceed 260 ℃; High temperature type shall not exceed 500 ℃. Air duct electric heaters are used in industrial air ducts, air conditioning ducts, and various industries to heat the air and increase the temperature of the output air. They are usually inserted through the horizontal opening of the air duct. According to the working temperature of the air duct, it is divided into low temperature, medium temperature, and high temperature; According to the wind speed inside the duct, it is divided into low wind speed, medium wind speed, and high wind speed.
