The ceramic heater is different from other belt heaters. The ceramic heater can radiate the barrel and add 12.5mm ceramic fiber as the insulation layer, which can save 25% energy. It can also be used for the air inlet and exhaust of the extruder barrel with the metal cover for air cooling, so as to maintain a strict extrusion temperature.
