The air duct heater is an electric heater device that heats the pipeline or the material therein. It is composed of a single-chip microcomputer design and a temperature sensor to form a temperature control module. It also has two piston pin-shaped inner shells of metal material. The inner surfaces of the inner chambers of the two metal materials are fixed and there is one electric heating tube. It is used as a piston pin shaped heat transfer layer to fit on the pipeline. The outer boundary layer of the shaped heat transfer layer meets the inner cavity face of the two metal material inner shells; it also has two outer boundary layers with the two metal material inner shells.
