The material has good adhesion and compressive strength, which can be removed to repair the abrasion of the coating machine on site. At the same time, due to its metal deficiency, it can well absorb the impact vibration of the equipment, avoid secondary wear and damage to the concrete foundation of the coating machine.
Due to corrosion, aging, equipment vibration and other factors, the coating machine will also cause damage to the concrete base and other parts, resulting in loosening of the bolts fastening the equipment, which will seriously affect production. The traditional concrete pouring method will greatly prolong the repair time, which is difficult for enterprises to accept.
Daily maintenance of coating machine:
1. The coating machine shall regularly check the screws at all parts of the packaging machine to avoid looseness.
2. The coating machine shall pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and rat proof of the electrical parts. The electric control box and wiring terminal shall be kept clean to prevent electrical failure.
3. When the coater is stopped, the two heat sealing rollers should be in an open position to prevent scalding the packaging material.
Basic cleaning of coating machine:
1. After shutdown, the metering part shall be cleaned in time, such as granulated sugar, Banlangen granules, salt, etc., and each shift shall be ensured to clean the blanking plate and rotary table to prevent corrosion.
2. The heat seal body should be cleaned frequently to ensure that the seal texture is clear.
3. Photo-electric tracking light-emitting head, that is, electric eye, should also be cleaned regularly to ensure small error of cursor tracking.
4. The materials scattered on the material tray should be cleaned in time to keep the machine parts clean.
5. Regularly clean the dust in the electric cabinet to prevent poor contact and other faults.
The coating machine must be operated by fixed personnel, who can skillfully master the startup and bag making procedures, and can easily debug the instrument, change parameters, etc; Work procedure, operation mode, working status, troubleshooting and handling of common faults; It is forbidden to operate the computer instrument of the coater without permission. Daily maintenance must ensure that the inside and outside of the computer instrument box are clean and dry.
