The speed synchronization and tension of unwinding, coating, traction and winding are equipped with the AC frequency conversion closed-loop vector control system (built-in 32-bit intelligent control card) of British CT company, which reaches the international advanced level. The whole machine is composed of seven parts: unwinding - coating - drying - traction - rewinding - control - auxiliary devices.
The driving and automatic tension control system of the uncoiler and winder of the coating machine is composed of AC motor, encoder, low-friction cylinder pair, AC variable frequency closed-loop vector control driver, and tension control program module. It has the functions of speed synchronization, automatic control of tension and taper, and pre-action splicing.
The structure of the unwinding and winding device is a turret-type dual-station, pneumatic expansion shaft for clamping raw materials. The coating machine can realize automatic rotation of A and B axes and automatic film connection without stopping, and is equipped with EPC gas-liquid automatic edge correction system.
All the passive guide rollers are made of hard aluminum alloy pipes, made in Taiwan. The drying oven of the coating machine is heated in four stages, with automatic temperature control. The air inlet and exhaust volume can be adjusted according to the process requirements. The guide roller in the oven operates actively and synchronously, and is equipped with an air-top oven and a film piercing operation platform.
Low-voltage electrical components of the coating machine are all imported brand-name devices (except intermediate relays, fuses and non-standard parts). Pneumatic components and main actuating cylinders are all made of imported famous brand accessories.
The whole control system of the coating machine is controlled by programmable control and operated by human-machine interface. The field bus network system is used to realize the full automatic control of the production process, reaching the technical level of similar equipment abroad.
