DC graphitization furnace
A type of resistance furnace that uses carbon roasted products and resistance materials as the furnace core and is connected to direct current to produce artificial graphite products. Due to the resistance of the furnace core (mainly the resistance of the resistive material), the electric energy is converted into heat when the current flows, and the carbon baked product is heated to a high temperature of 2000-3000 ℃ to complete the graphitization process and become artificial graphite. It belongs to the Acheson furnace as the AC graphitization furnace.
Graphitization furnace is mainly used for high temperature treatment such as the purification of graphite powder. Its use temperature is as high as 2800℃. High production efficiency, energy saving and electricity saving. With an online temperature measurement and temperature control system, it can monitor the temperature in the furnace in real time and make automatic adjustments.
The main features are:
(1) The operating temperature is as high as 2800 degrees, the temperature uniformity is good, and the equipment operation failure rate is low.
(2) With infrared temperature measurement and temperature control system, it can display and PID automatically control the temperature in the furnace in real time, and the quality of the products produced is stable. At the same time, the requirements of the product are guaranteed.
(3) Three-phase power supply is adopted, with balanced three-phase power and stable performance. Unlike the carbon tube furnace that uses single-phase power supply, the phase voltage is unbalanced, which has a large impact on the power grid and affects the operation of other equipment.
(4) The use temperature is high, the highest temperature can reach 3000℃, and it can work at 2600-2800℃.
(5) Carbon felt is used as thermal insulation material, no carbon black is used, and it is convenient to replace the carbon tube and is clean and hygienic at the same time.
(6) The heating time is short, up to 200°C/hour.
(7) The furnace body has good airtightness and low protective gas loss. All flanges and furnace covers are sealed with sealing strips.
(8) The inner tank and flange of the furnace are made of stainless steel, which does not rust and has a long service life.
(9) Equipped with a vacuum pump for gas replacement in the furnace, with short gas exchange time and low gas consumption.
