Difference between dry heating pipe and liquid heating pipe
The heating medium is different, and the selected heating tube is also different. The material of the heating tube is also different in different working environments. Heating tube can be divided into air dry burning and liquid heating in general. In the use of industrial equipment, dry burning heating tube is mostly divided into stainless steel heating tube and fin type electric heating tube. Their common feature is to use stainless steel material, using heating wire heat to transfer heat to the air, so that the temperature of the heated medium rises. Although the heating tube allows dry burning, there is still a difference between the dry burning heating tube and the liquid heating tube.
Liquid heating Tube: it is necessary to know the liquid level height and whether the liquid is corrosive. The liquid heating pipe must be completely immersed in the liquid during use, so as to avoid the phenomenon of electric heating pipe dry burning, and the surface temperature is too high, resulting in the explosion of the heating pipe. If the ordinary softening water heating pipe is given, we can use ordinary stainless steel 304 material. The liquid is corrosive. According to the corrosive size, we can choose stainless steel heating pipe 316 material, Teflon electric heating pipe, titanium tube and other corrosion-resistant heating pipes; If the oil card is heated, we can use carbon steel or stainless steel. The cost of carbon steel is low, and it will not rust when used in heating oil. If the surface load of heating oil is too high, the oil temperature will be too high, which is easy to cause accidents. Be careful. The phenomena of scale and carbon deposition on the surface of the heating pipe need to be observed regularly and measures should be taken to avoid affecting heat dissipation and shortening the service life.
Dry burning heating Tube: there are stainless steel heating tube for oven, single-head heating tube for mold hole heating, fin heating tube for air heating, and different shapes and powers can also be designed according to requirements. Under normal circumstances, the power of the dry burning pipe is set to no more than 1KW per meter, which can be increased to 1.5kW under the condition of fan circulation. From the perspective of considering its service life, the dry burning pipe has temperature control and is controlled within the range that a pipe can bear, so as not to keep the pipe heated all the time and exceed the temperature that the pipe can bear.
