1. Heating and drying process environment:

Applied to drying rooms, paint drying rooms, drying furnaces, drying machines/boxes and other operating equipment, commonly used for heating and drying various materials (such as wood, paper, printing and dyeing, paint, various particles, and other materials).

Non standard electric heating tubes, finned electric heating tubes, infrared quartz electric heating tubes, air electric heaters, etc. can be selected.

2. Working conditions such as air duct, hot air circulation, high-temperature heating, dehumidification, etc.: further refined based on the heating and drying process.

Applied to industrial electric auxiliary heating, environmental protection equipment, air duct heaters, hot air circulation pipelines, heaters, and other operating equipment.

Generally, finned electric heating tubes, duct type electric heaters, and electric heating coils are commonly used.

3. Heating of solid metal objects:

Used for heating metal materials, commonly used in extrusion, injection molding, casting molds, stamping molds, packaging, sealing machines, etc.

Single head heating pipes, mold electric heating rods, heating strips, casting electric heaters, etc. can be selected.

4. Solid hot melt working environment:

1) Low melting point metal hot melting: melting tin, aluminum, zinc, lead, etc

2) Non metallic hot melting: The melting of paraffin, saltpeter, and other salt substances.

Solid hot melt high-temperature electric heating tubes can be used, and small ones often use single head electric heating rods.
