1. The coating machine uses solvent based adhesive for coating. Is it better for electric heating or hot air drying? Which one has higher safety performance?
Starting the circulating air while electric heating, the general coating machine has a recycling unit, which is used to recover solvent contaminated with oil. Heating is drying, and circulating air is an important parameter determining adhesion. The recycling machine is used to control the residual solvent in your solvent.
If you want to dry it, it depends on the solid magnesium content, as well as the parameter settings of the coating, the heating oven of the machine itself, and the quality of the recycling machine.
2. What is the coating amount?
Coating refers to the method of coating a paste like polymer, molten polymer, or polymer melt onto paper, cloth, or plastic film to produce a composite material (film). In terms of quantity, it should refer to the weight of the applied material, such as glue.
3. What is coated paper?
Coated paper, commonly known as coated paper, has many kinds and can be used for printing various color printing products. There are several types of coated paper:
1. Single sided coated paper: coated and polished on one side, and glued on one side. Paper has different properties on both sides and is suitable for printing with different properties on both sides.
2. Double sided coated paper: coated and calendered on both sides, with glossy bottom and good dimensional stability, suitable for general color printing.
3. Premium double-sided copper coated paper: It is coated and polished on both sides, which has better gloss than ordinary double-sided copper coated paper. The surface is smooth and delicate, and is suitable for printing bright items that need to express metal texture.
4. High grade snow coated (matte) coated paper: After being coated and polished on both sides, the paper has low gloss and a powdery surface that does not harm the eyes. Suitable for printing non reflective items such as traditional Chinese painting replicas and clothing fabrics, giving people a sense of simplicity and elegance.
5. Xinli 2000 special coated paper: it is coated twice on both sides and then calendered, with good gloss and smoothness, and is suitable for the printing of advanced color printing products.
6. Embossed Copperplate Paper: Paper coated on both sides and then embossed, with low gloss. Due to embossing, the paper has a three-dimensional effect and is suitable for color printing such as oil painting reproduction and art advertising design.
7. Lightweight coated paper: After slight coating treatment, the surface has better surface properties than uncoated paper, and the quality is between coated paper and uncoated paper.
To meet different needs, lightweight coated paper is available, including pictorial paper, high paper pictorial paper, ivory road forest paper, snow white road forest paper, and magazine paper.
(A) Illustrated paper: The surface is filled with a small amount of paint to improve the printing performance of the paper. The paper has a high whiteness, but low gloss, and has an elegant feeling. It is suitable for screen color printing higher than offset paper.
(B) Advanced graphic paper: In addition to being treated with a trace of paint, the surface is also treated with pressure light, making the paper smooth and fine, suitable for printing fine screen paper. However, due to the reduction of fine pores on the paper surface after pressure light, it has the characteristics of ink absorption and high ink holding capacity.
(C) Ivory Daolin Paper: The surface is slightly coated, and the paper is soft ivory white with a fine and smooth texture. It has good readability and gives people a sense of sophistication. Suitable for printing books, high-end books, and other printed materials.
(D) Snow White Forest Paper: After micro coating treatment on both sides, the surface is smooth, with high whiteness, and can be stored for a hundred years without changing color. It is suitable for printing high-level business logs, books and magazines, etc.
(E) Magazine paper: The surface is coated and then calendered. The paper is thin and has high opacity. After printing, the gloss significantly increases. However, due to the presence of ground wood pulp, paper tends to turn yellow and is suitable for printing magazines, books, and other printed materials.
