When the filter element is blocked, the following characteristic information will appear: when the hydraulic pump absorbs oil, there is oil flow pulsation in the oil inlet pipe of the steering gear.

After troubleshooting the pump and steering device, remove the ball head of the crane steering device and use the booster hydraulic cylinder to rotate. If the cylinder does not move or moves slowly, the cylinder oil leakage can be judged; Remove the cylinder side and fix it. The steering wheel is in the middle. Push and pull the hydraulic cylinder manually. If the hydraulic cylinder can be easily pushed, it is proved that there is internal oil leakage (to eliminate the oil leakage of valve core).
