Fault analysis of ultrasonic metal welding machine

Heating: when the welding head works, there will be a certain heating phenomenon, which is caused by the mechanical loss of the material itself and the heating conduction of the weldment. The criterion for judging whether the heating of the welding head is normal is that when there is no load (i.e. no contact with the workpiece), the ultrasonic wave is continuously emitted for more than half an hour, and the temperature cannot exceed 50-70 ℃. If the heating is severe, it proves that the welding head has been damaged or the material is unqualified, which needs to be replaced.
