Finned Heating Tube

Finned heating tube refers to a type of electric heating tube with steel strips or stainless steel sheets wrapped around the surface of the electric heating tube. Fins are used to quickly dissipate the surface temperature of the finned electric heating tube, thereby extending the life of the finned electric heating tube. Generally, finned electric heating tubes are used in equipment such as ovens, paint booths, duct-type electric heaters, central air conditioners, and air curtain air heaters.

Finned heating tubes can be customized as U-shaped, W-shaped, and M-shaped stainless steel electric heating tubes according to customer needs. They are used in electric ovens, ovens, baking rooms, and other dry-burning air heating occasions. When used for heating liquids or metal solids, it is important to fully place the finned heating tube in the heated object. It is not allowed to burn the finned heating tube empty. If scale or carbon is formed on the outer metal shell of the finned heating tube after use, it must be removed in time to avoid affecting the performance and service life of the finned heating tube.

The storage location of the finned heating tube must be kept dry and have proper insulation resistance. If the insulation resistance of the storage environment of the finned heating tube is found to be too low during use, it can be restored by powering on at a low voltage before use. The finned electric heating tube should be properly fixed before use, and the wiring part should be placed outside the insulation layer and avoid contact with corrosive, explosive media and water.
