At the same time, more electric heating tubes should be installed in places where the furnace has large heat loss, near the furnace door hole, and near the discharge port of the vibration furnace. When the furnace height is very low, the electric heating tubes are often arranged on the bottom and top of the furnace.
2. There are three installation methods for the corrugated type, spiral type and corrugated type of the wire-shaped electric heating tube. In terms of service life, the wire-shaped corrugated type is better, the belt-shaped corrugated type is second, and the wire-shaped spiral type is worse. The corrugated wire-shaped electric heating tube has good heat exchange conditions. Even if the surface load is larger, the service life is longer, thus saving electric heating tube materials and maintenance hours.
