19. Watery texture
During blow molding, two streams of material cannot converge at one place. This phenomenon often occurs near holes or obstructions, which can cause the blow molding component to weaken.
Machine:
The barrel temperature is too low.
Insufficient mold locking pressure.
3. The injection pressure or injection speed is too low.
Mold:
The mold temperature is too low.
2. The water inlet is too small.
3. The water inlet position is incorrect
4. The water inlet junction area is too long.
Material: Flow rate error.
Beer worker: Poor handling habits.
20. Flower strip (trumpet shaped surface)
The surface of blow molded parts is scattered into strip shaped material points, and the trumpet shaped surface is sometimes referred to as a material pattern.
Machine:
1. The barrel temperature is too high.
2. The screw speed is too fast.
3. The nozzle is too small, too hot, or has obstacles.
4. The nozzle diameter is large.
5. Surrounded with air or gas.
6. The oven is not clean or contains water.
Mold:
The water inlet is too small.
There are obstacles at the water inlet.
The mold gate is cracked.
Material Science:
1. It's too wet.
2. The rubber material is dirty.
Beer worker: Poor handling habits.
