Function Description of Ultrasonic Welding Machine Components

1. Delay time setting: Adjust the start vibration time and start vibration from 0 to 9.99 seconds after the limit switch is activated.

2. Welding time setting: Adjust the welding time and vibrate within the range of 0 to 9.99 seconds at the end of the delay time.

3. Hardening time setting: Adjust the cooling and shaping time at the fusion joint of the workpiece after vibration to be within the range of 0 to 9.99 seconds.

4. Counter: used for recording the number of working cycles, with a reset button attached.

5. Adjustment and pressure gauge: used to indicate and adjust the working pressure.

6. Sound wave adjustment: Adjust the resonance matching between the vibration subsystem and the vibration circuit to achieve ideal conversion efficiency.

7. Amplitude meter: displays the amplitude strength of sound waves operating under no load or load.

8. Power switch and light: Control of power switch and signal indicating open circuit

9. Selection switch (automatic/manual/sound wave inspection): a button for selecting automatic or manual, and for performing sound wave no-load inspection.

10. Sound wave output adjustment button: used for setting the number of sound wave output segments, 1-2 segments are for general use, and 3-4 segments are for strong output.

11. Sound wave overload light: The display of sound wave overload is abnormal and needs to be adjusted until the overload light does not display. (If it still cannot be resolved, please call to inquire)

12. Frequency indication: Display machine frequency during machine debugging

13 Welding head: Transmit vibration energy onto the workpiece to fuse it.

14. Adjustment of lifting/lowering buffer: The adjustment hole is located on the side of the machine and can be adjusted appropriately to ensure moderate lifting inertia.

15. Adjustment of descent speed: Adjust the descent working speed reasonably and appropriately.

16 Welding position window: Check the condition of the welding head pressing the workpiece during normal welding.

17. Lowest point fine-tuning screw: used to limit the descent of the cylinder when fusing molten blocks or when precise external dimensions are required.

18 Horizontal adjustment screws: Adjust these four screws to evenly press the welding head onto the workpiece.

19 Output cables and sockets: used to connect the vibration subsystem of the machine body to the vibration box circuit.

20 control cables and sockets: used to connect the body control unit with the automatic control circuit of the vibration box.

21 grounding nut: used for connecting the grounding wire of electronic circuits, providing safety protection in case of leakage.

22 fuse holder: overload protection for electronic circuits.
