Guidelines for replacing standard ultrasonic molds
(1) Firstly, turn on the working pressure source of the ultrasonic equipment to ensure the normal performance of the pressure gauge.
(2) Use a special wrench to disassemble the original welding mold on the equipment, and install the ultrasonic mold that needs to be welded (clockwise is loose, remember to tighten it). In this case, first pay attention to tightening the screws of the mold.
(3) Turn on the power of the ultrasonic device, turn on the start button, wait for 5 seconds, turn off the power, then press the sound detection button on the controller, and hear the machine emit ultrasonic waves (the sound should be clear, without hoarse or excessive noise). If the sound is hoarse or screaming, it is necessary to check whether the mold is cracked or loose and take measures.
(4) Release the two fastening handles at the back of the boot rack and shake the head up to a certain height (depending on the product height).
(5) Turn off the air source (adjust the pressure controller to zero).
(6) Place the products that need to be welded on the bottom mold and keep the mold together.
(7) Pull down the vibration cylinder of the entire mold to make the upper mold close to the bottom mold, shake the head to make the upper mold close to the product, and make the product consistent with the upper and lower molds.
(8) Increase the air pressure to 0.1MPa, select the manual dial switch, press the two green start buttons to make the mold fall off, and press the product.
(9) Shake the hoist to maintain a distance of 1mm between the limit screw and the vibrating cylinder (add or subtract according to the product to be welded).
(10) Tighten the frame fastening handle, secure the bottom mold, and press the red emergency button to raise the nose.
(11) Automatically select switch fluctuations, adjust welding parameters and time, and prepare for production.
If the product is unbalanced or offset during production, it is necessary to control the adjustment by adjusting the horizontal nut.
Horizontal adjustment (assuming that the right side of the welded product is too melted (heavy) and overflows, and the left side is too light, the following adjustments can be made.).
