Mesh belt atmosphere furnace is an industrial furnace, also known as mesh belt atmosphere furnace. The heat treatment process flow of mesh belt furnace usually includes the following steps:
1. Preparation of working parts: Clean the workpiece to be treated and remove impurities such as oil stains and oxides from the surface.
2. Clamping the workpiece: Clamp the workpiece onto the mesh belt, taking care to avoid clamping it too tightly or too loosely, and also ensure that the spacing between the workpieces is appropriate.
Preheating in furnace: The clamped workpiece is sent into a mesh belt furnace for preheating. Usually, the workpiece is heated at a lower temperature to avoid deformation or cracking caused by thermal expansion.
4. Heating treatment: gradually increase the temperature to the desired temperature according to actual needs. At this point, the workpiece begins to undergo changes, such as phase transformation, softening, and hardening of the metal.
5. Heat preservation treatment: Keep the workpiece at the required temperature for a certain time to fully absorb heat and achieve a uniform temperature distribution to ensure complete transformation of the internal structure of the workpiece.
6. Cooling treatment: Reduce the temperature in the furnace to room temperature and use different cooling methods, such as natural cooling or quenching, to meet the required performance requirements.
7. Take out the workpiece: After the temperature drops to an acceptable range, take out the workpiece for inspection, measurement, and subsequent processing.
