1. Assembly quality and appearance inspection
a. Assembly quality refers to whether the thermistor has open or short circuits, which can be checked with a multimeter'
b. Visual inspection is used for visual inspection.
2. Insulation resistance inspection
The insulation resistance of the thermistor is measured using a megohmmeter. During the measurement, the terminals at both ends of the thermistor are short circuited and connected to one terminal of the megohmmeter. Then, the other terminal of the megohmmeter is connected to the protective tube of the thermistor.
3. Verification of R0 and R100.
The calibration of industrial resistance thermometers is mainly carried out at two points, O ℃ and 100 ℃. If necessary, specialized temperature points should be calibrated according to the user's requirements.
a. Resistance R at 0 ℃ point. The measurement
Insert the tested thermistor into the freezing point slot, and after 30 minutes, measure the resistance values of the standard thermistor and the tested thermistor in the following order.
Standard thermal resistance: 1 tested, 2 tested,... 1 tested, n
Standard thermal resistance: 1 tested, 2 tested,... 1 tested, n
The above is a reading cycle, and each calibration point must have at least 2 cycles.
b.100%: Measurement of Point Resistance R ǎ m
Insert the tested thermistor into the oil constant temperature bath and maintain a constant temperature of around 100cc for 30 minutes. Then, measure the resistance values of the standard thermistor and the tested thermistor in the following order.
Standard thermal resistance, one tested, one tested, two tested... one tested, n
Standard thermistor+_ Tested 1, Tested 2,... Tested n
The above is a reading cycle, and each calibration point must have at least 2 cycles.
