How Long After Ceramic Liner Installation is the Best Time for Inspection?

I. Immediate Inspection After Installation (Within 1 Hour of Cooling to Room Temperature): After the nozzle has naturally cooled to room temperature and thermal stress has fully released, immediately re-inspect its appearance, dimensions, and cold-state pressing force to avoid dimensional misjudgments due to unreleased stress. II. Temperature Rise Testing (After Holding at Rated Operating Temperature for 2 Hours): Rise to the rated operating temperature of 300~320℃ and hold for 2 hours. At this point, the nozzle's overall thermal expansion is complete. Complete the high-temperature sealing test and initial thermal shock stability check to accurately verify the high-temperature fit between the liner and the substrate. III. Trial Run Verification Testing (After 4 Hours of Continuous Full-Load Operation): After the hot runner enters a stable production state, complete the simulated corrosion pre-test to check for any abnormalities such as loosening of the liner, localized overheating, or temperature drift. IV. Initial Thermal Cycle Re-inspection (After Initial Shutdown and Cooling to Room Temperature) After one complete heating-cooling thermal cycle, the lining condition is re-inspected endoscopically to confirm the absence of cracks and misalignment, verifying that the thermal expansion matching is satisfactory. V. Long-Term Operation and Maintenance Periodic Inspection (One Month After Commissioning + Simultaneous Calibration Every 3 Months) One month after formal commissioning, the first specialized corrosion condition re-inspection is completed. Thereafter, comprehensive inspections are conducted every 3 months in conjunction with the calibration of the Husky hot runner K-type coupler probe, matching the overall equipment maintenance schedule.
