How long after installation should the ceramic liner undergo its first inspection?

I. Key Advantages of This Timing: At this point, the nozzle has completely cooled from its 280℃ hot-fit temperature, the internal stress caused by thermal expansion and contraction has been fully released, and the clamping force of the interference fit is completely stable, preventing deviations in test data due to dimensional springback. The liner has undergone complete cold shrinkage and shaping, preventing subsequent displacement or loosening. The coaxiality and inner wall integrity data obtained at this time represent the most accurate baseline values. II. Core Inspection Items that Can Be Completed at This Timing: Full-channel scanning with an industrial endoscope to confirm the liner is free of dark lines, chipping, and cracks. Coaxiality of the flow channel using a dial indicator to confirm a deviation ≤0.02mm. Applying 1.2 times the rated pressure using hydraulic tooling and holding for 1 minute to verify no axial displacement of the liner. III. Supporting Subsequent Testing Nodes After the first test is passed, the heating process begins. After the temperature reaches the rated working temperature of 320℃ and is maintained for 2 hours, a second high-temperature sealing test is conducted to minimize the risk of cracking and misalignment during the initial installation phase.
