Applicable scenario: RC settings are newly set and locked, hot runner is at ambient temperature, and no residual melt from prior production.

Core Time Distribution: RC paramater restore configuration 10-15 min → Temperature stabilisation 10 min → First part verification 5 min
The hot runner is still in the process temperature range after the unexpected reset and the recalibration lock on RC parameters, so it does not have to be reheated from room temperature.
III. Emergency Production Situation (full process optimisation configuration)
Total time: 15 to 20 minutes
Core Time Distribution: Rapid verification of RC parameter 5 minutes → Temperature fine-tuning & stabilisation 8-12 minutes → Rapid verification of the first article 2 minutes
Applicable Scenario: Backup the RC baseline parameters in advance, realise a preset rapid recovery method, put the hot runner on standby and heat preservation state all the time.
IV. Detailed Explanation for Specific Situations
Severe RC parameter drift and hardware component replacement before relocking need additional 30-60 minutes of hardware replacement and cooling operation time.
If material degrading residue occurs in the flow channel, the total duration will be extended by an additional 15–30 minutes of cleaning and material replacement time.
