It is understood that vertical injection molding machines are one of the common equipment in injection molding machines. In practical applications, it is mainly used in the plastic product industry. 1. Preparations
1.1. Check whether all parts of the machine and the electrical control box are in good condition.
1.2. Check the oil level of the hydraulic oil and whether the oil storage is sufficient. Start the motor to observe whether the oil output from the axial piston valve is normal.
1.3. Open the cooling water valve and connect the cooling water.
2. Operation
2.1 Mold installation: Push the mold shifting mechanism to the highest position, install the plastic mold on the mobile template, unscrew the fixed template, correct the upper mold and fixed template of the plastic mold, and tighten the screw. Fasten the lower mold of the plastic mold to the mobile template, run the mold shifting mechanism, and check whether the mold position is correct.
2.2. Material barrel heating: Turn on the electric heating switch of the electrical control box, add plastic into the material barrel, and fully heat it to melt the plastic.
2.3 Injection molding operation: Connect solenoid valve 8 to raise the mold moving mechanism and close the plastic mold, and connect solenoid valve 6 to press the injection plunger into the barrel for injection molding. After the injection molding is completed, connect the solenoid valve 6 to press the injection plunger out of the barrel, and connect the solenoid valve 8 to lower the mold moving mechanism. After that, the plastic mold can be opened and demoulded.
3. Maintenance
Check whether the storage of hydraulic oil is sufficient. If it is insufficient, it should be replenished in a timely manner. The oil used should be kept clean frequently.
The lubrication points shall be lubricated regularly according to regulations, and the oil filter shall be cleaned regularly. Keep the surroundings of the machine clean and do not allow dirt to enter the oil tank.
After use, the dirt on the machine should be wiped clean, and the smooth surface should be coated with oil
3.4 Regularly inspect the electrical parts, remove dirt, oil and dust, keep the electrical contacts clean, and regularly remove dirt and dust from the connectors.
