Precautions for permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor

1、 Environmental Preparation
(1) The installation site is wide and free of debris, with good lighting and waterproofing. Do not install it in open air.
(2) There is sufficient space for the air compressor to enter the machine room and reserve space for maintenance; The distance between the air compressor and the wall shall be at least 70 centimeters, and the distance from the top shall be at least 1 meter.
(3) The environment of the computer room is clean, with little dust, clean air, and good ventilation. The ambient temperature must be lower than 40 ℃.
(4) If the environment of the computer room is poorly ventilated, additional air inlet and exhaust equipment must be installed. The air inlet is located at the lower part of the computer room, and the air outlet is located at the upper part of the computer room to facilitate cold air circulation.
2、 Power supply preparation (Note: See the attached table for the matching models of air switches and power cords)
(1) The correctness of the power supply voltage of the air compressor must be ensured.
(2) Select an appropriate black air switch based on the power of the air compressor, and use an independent power control.
(3) After installing the power cord for the air compressor, please select the correct power cord diameter based on the power size of the air compressor, and do not use a smaller power cord (it is recommended to use national standard copper core wire instead of aluminum core wire).
