Initial installation of air compressor Commissioning Steps

(1) Check whether the outlet pipeline system of the air compressor is connected according to standards, including whether the size of the air pipeline matches, whether the connection of the rear filter is correct, whether the connection of the cold dryer is correct, whether the selection of the air storage tank is reasonable, and whether various bypass pipeline valves are connected reasonably and reliably.
(2) Check whether the ground on which the air compressor is placed is flat and meets the requirements of the air compressor placement standards.
(3) Check whether the exhaust outlet connected to the air compressor has an exhaust duct installed in accordance with the standard, and whether the cross-sectional area of the exhaust duct meets the design standard (air cooler).
(4) Check whether the sizes of the inlet and outlet pipes of the cooling water pipes meet the standards, and whether filters, pressure gauges, and stop valves (water coolers) are installed on the inlet pipes.
(5) Check whether the square number of the main cable connecting the air compressor meets the standards, and whether the direction and length of the cable meet the standards.
(6) Remove the shockproof fixing block during transportation, open the electric control box, repeatedly tighten all electrical connections, open the intake valve, add about 1 liter of lubricating oil, and manually turn the vehicle.
(7) Turn on the external power supply, measure whether the input voltage is within the standard range of plus or minus 5%, and measure whether the input and output voltage of the transformer in the electric cabinet meets the standard.
(8) Adjust the parameters of the control panel.
(9) Open the air supply ball valve on the air compressor.
(10) Inch the start/emergency stop button to check whether the running directions of the main motor and the fan area motor are correct. (11) After all are correct, press the operation key to start the air compressor and enter the trial operation state.
(12) Check whether the starting time of the air compressor from star type to triangle type meets the standard.
(13) Detect and record whether the current value of the air compressor is within the standard rated range when operating to the maximum pressure.
(14) Detect and record whether the three-phase current of the main drive motor of the air compressor is balanced during loading/unloading, and whether the current value and three-phase current balance of the fan motor during operation are within the standard range. (15) Detect and record whether the exhaust temperature value of the air compressor is within the standard range when it reaches the maximum pressure and operates stably for 30 minutes during loading operation.
(16) Detect and record whether the noise and vibration values of the air compressor during operation are within the standard range, and whether there is any other abnormal noise from the main engine head during operation.
(17) Detect and record the operation of the air compressor within 2 hours.
(18) Turn off the air compressor and check each connecting pipeline for oil, water, and air leaks.
(19) Adjust the loading/unloading pressure of the air compressor according to user requirements.
(20) Provide training for users' on-site operators.

A. Explain the starting procedure, operation inspection, exhaust temperature control, and shutdown procedures of the compressor according to the operating instructions;
B. Explain the internal functions and action performance of the unit against the equipment;
C. Cleaning and replacement time and method of air filter, oil filter, oil gas separation filter element, and procedures for adding and changing lubricating oil;
D. Setting and adjusting methods of unit working pressure and temperature;
E. Filling in unit operation and maintenance records
