Screw air compressor and post treatment Equipment Operation Specification

1、 Screw air compressor operation - startup
1. Check whether the oil level of the air compressor is at the normal position (above 2/3 of the oil level gauge, between the upper and lower limits), and drain the water in the oil barrel to prevent oil emulsification.
2. Check whether all components of the air compressor are in good condition, permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor | servo permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor | low-voltage permanent magnet variable frequency air compressor
Open the air compressor outlet valve and all valves on the pipeline.
Confirm that the power switch is powered on, press the start button, and the air compressor starts. (If there is a dryer, please turn it on)
After starting the air compressor, confirm whether it operates normally. During normal operation, all fault indicators are off (① oil filter warning; ② air filter warning; ③ oil gas separator warning; ④ exhaust high temperature warning).
2、 Screw air compressor operation - shutdown
Press the air compressor stop button to stop the air compressor. (If there is a dryer, please turn it off)
After the air compressor is completely stopped, check that the maintenance doors are closed.
3. Turn off the power switch.
4. When there is any abnormality or abnormal sound during the operation of the air compressor, press the emergency stop button to stop the operation.
3、 Other precautions for air compressor
1. Check whether each indication signal is normal.
Whether the operating pressure is maintained between 0.5Mpa and 0.78MPa.
Whether the operating temperature is maintained between 70 ℃ and 90 ℃.
4. Carry out maintenance in accordance with the attached "Use and Maintenance Instructions". If there is any loss, please ask Party B to provide a copy of the "Screw Machine Maintenance Cycle" again.
The use environment should be kept dry, and the surface of the motor should be kept clean.
The radiator and air filter element should be thoroughly cleaned every three days, and the air inlet should not be obstructed by debris such as dust, broken metal, fibers, etc.
If the air pressure cannot reach 0.5Mpa when the air consumption is too large, it is necessary to add an air compressor to ensure the normal operation of all equipment.
8. When the pressure parameters of the air compressor are changed and special circumstances occur, the manufacturer must be notified in a timely manner. 4、 Aftertreatment equipment operation
1. Dryer
◇ Ensure that the automatic drain can drain water normally, and clean it if it cannot drain water.
◇ Clean the filter screen of the host once a week.
◇ Observe the operation and see if the pressure at the high and low pressure ends of the refrigerant, as well as the pressure of each instrument and pipeline, indicate normal operation position.
2. Air storage tank
◇ It is necessary to drain water every day, and close the drain valve after the water is drained.
◇ Eliminate impurities in the stop valve under the water separator of the dryer once per shift.
3. Precision filter
◇ It is necessary to drain water every day, and close the drain valve after the water is drained.
4. Air storage tank
◇ Regularly calibrate the pressure gauge and safety valve.
