How significant is the time difference between rapid calibration and standard calibration?

After the above about the accuracy and cost difference of the hot runner temperature monitoring system calibration, the time difference between the two is huge:

Fast calibration: Only PID self-tuning and core point comparison, only 15-30 min is required, absolutely little influence on production time.

Standard calibration: full-point temperature measurement comparison, parameter correction, and stability verification, around 1-2 hours, 2-8 times slower than quick calibration.

The difference of time mostly lies in whether to verify each point separately and finish the subsequent stability verification.
