1. That is to say, the internal materials and quality control of the single-head tube. Many manufacturers use sewing stainless steel tubes as seamless stainless steel tubes, and the two most important materials inside are insulation powder and alloy wire. Insulation powder, the poor ones will use quartz sand, and the good ones will use insulation modified magnesium oxide powder. In addition, alloy wire, generally iron-chromium-aluminum, can be used according to heating requirements and grades.

2. Stainless steel 304 is the most commonly used material for general customers. The working environment is generally divided into dry burning and liquid heating. If used for ovens and duct heaters, carbon steel or stainless steel 304 can be used.

Generally, stainless steel 321 material is used (the standard material of Lilin electric heating is 321 material). If it is oil or weak acid and alkaline liquid, stainless steel 316L.310S or 800 series materials can be used. If the liquid contains strong acid, pipes above 310S should be used.
